History
In 2002 the company Contelos Engineering GmbH was set up by Dipl.-Ing. Manfred Mannitz, mechanical engineer, Dipl.-Ing. oec. Hans-Günter Graubner, economic engineer and Dr.-Ing. Theo Hinkelmann, civil engineer. The company Contelos Engineering GmbH arose from the engineering division of Contelos GmbH, which was founded in 1992. Closely related to the development of the company’s founders Contelos Engineering GmbH specialized in the performance of innovative projects in the fields of system and demand planning, project and facility management, master planning in building construction and civil engineering as well as in management consultation.
In 2009 Dipl.-Ing. Hans-Günter Graubner retired illness-partly from company. Dr.-Ing. Theo Hinkelmann took over his shares.
In 2010 Dipl.-Ing. Manfred Mannitz retired aged-partly from company. Dr.-Ing. Theo Hinkelmann took over his shares.
In 2012 Dipl.-Ing. Jens Gunnar Jepsen took over shares.
The name of the company comes from the foundation time and uses the Greek concept „telos“; „con telos“ means „with aim“.
